  Advantages of online Education:        Students learn in the virtual discussion rather than instructor- led lecture.      Students can learn at their own place and study at their convenience.        Online Education helps to increase interaction between the teacher as well as the students.       Students themselves response to the course material and comments from other students.       Online education helps the students to developed their  technical  skills.   Disadvantages of online Education:    Online Education affects the attention of face to face interactions and feedbacks     Students may get distract and misuse it in the name of online education.    Online education affects the student’s creativity level.    Students may face unstable internet connection which affects their teaching learning activities.    Online education causes social isolation.

  Teej  is observed for marital happiness, well-being of spouse and children and purification of own body and soul. Teej is the most famous festival among Nepali women. Teej is also called Hari Talika Teej. This festival is celebrated by Nepali Hindu women all across the world.
